Forgiveness

Forgiveness

A Poem by Eunice Crankyponts

Mistakes happen in this life
Sometimes it's easier to turn your back
Not face the person
Not see them face to face
For if you see face to face
Through the glass
You may see yourself
Argument
Points of view entangled in emotion
Anger, skepticism, disdain
Selfishness and pity
Interacting and becoming
Hurt.
I forgive you.
Do you forgive me?
