Indelible mark burrowing it's way in

Unwavering loyalty

Played out to the beat of your heart

A symphony that enraptures you

Words like no other

Eyes showing pain and sorrow

From deep within

Disconnecting yourself

Angled vertex of your mind

Projecting through verse

Pointing toward the stars

Shooting glances

Landing nowhere but my heart

I enjoyed this poem. Particularly the line:

"Indelible mark burrowing it's way in"

I thought that was very descriptive. Love is like that isn't it? It burrows in us.
