FIRE

FIRE

A Poem by Eunice Crankyponts
"

I think the poem speaks for itself

"

I'll gladly walk in to the fire with you
Lifting you up if you fall
Take my hand
I am here
In friendship
In love
Fistfuls of clovers
Tossed in the air
Let them fall where they may
Rose colored glasses
Removed to reveal the reality
Yet, I would still walk in to the fire with you
Friends until the end
Friends until the end.
Passion ruling my ego
Stating with emphasis
That I would have gladly walked in to the fire
With you
If you feared it
I would withstand it for you
Walking in to the fire
Burning up my life
For you to live.
