Him

Him

A Poem by Eunice Crankyponts

A specific heaviness has entered my heart today

I have a desire

I have needs

Contemplation

We have come to an impasse

Can we correct the issue?

I need to correct myself

I believe it is necessary to respect

Let go of things

No matter how important they seem

Nothing is as important as you

I am sad today

It is hard to let go

No one person will ever understand me

Am I that complicated?

The light bulb comes on

The deep connection spoken of

You feel threatened?

That was all about you

I am naïve

I will give you kindness

You deserve it

It was wrong to think it was nothing

True and deep connections are rare, yes

You are Him

Do you see me?

You took my soul and I was wondering

Can I have it back?

About
I am chemically imbalanced and therefore this makes me cranky. MY name is not really Eunice, nor am I from the Crankyponts family. Simply put - Pseudonym. I have always enjoyed writing and decided .. more..
