Flurries

Flurries

A Poem by etrntruth

Thing of beauty,
Effervescing

Soft as snowflakes
Cold caressing

Carefree wonder
Excitement 'round

Running freely
Tightly wound

Pause, pass, fall
On white snow blankets

Stare in wonder
Body anxious

Cold, yet feeling
Still in hand -

Reminders of
A greater plan.

I like the imagery this brought to me, snow hills untouched like a bed just made, made me think of the crunch and cold, the quiet that comes in the winter mornings, well done.
