People make mistakes

Each and every day

You were one of my best mistakes

But I do have to say

You weren't realy a mistake

You were more like a choice

One that I was afraid the choose

Until I heard your voice

It sent chills through my body

And remained in my head

But the only thing I can remember

Is when you said

"I will love you forever and always."

I didn't know it was a lie

Not until you broke my heart

And made me cry

If you were a mistake

I will never know

But I will always remember

The day i had to let you go

I really think everyone has been here...at one point or another! Its a hard lesson, no one learns it, its just so easy to gamble on love, everyone wants to win few ever do.
