You became a friend to me, when nobody else would

You helped me do thing I thought I never could

You showed me the way, the truth, and the light

When I was blind you gave me my sight

You picked me up when I fell down

When I went the wrong way, you turned me around

You listened to me, when everyone else turned their backs.

And when my heart got broken, you put it back intact.

A few criticisms though.
"And I owe everything I am to you Mr.Bright" A little stretching for a rhyme here.
"You picked me up when I fell down" Sounds a bit kidsy.
"And when my heart got broked, you put it back intact." Broked aint a word, lassie.
Anyway, good job! It reads well and overall a good poem.
