Don't let go

She walks down the street

She remembers the past

 

When she went to that place

And met you,

 

You were filled with so much life,

She couldn't keep up

 

You always knew just what to say

You would wipe her tears

 

You were there when she cried

You cared when she fell

 

You sheltered her heart

Into a lovely home

 

You were kind

You were nice

And she almost cried

 

When she fell

And realized that she eventually had to leave

She couldn't do anything

 

You helped her heal

You stood by her everyday

Even though you had better things planed...

 

You played with her everyday

Even though sometimes she was mean

 

You took her into your heart

She no longer cried, at night

 

She gained courage, and she became loyal

 

Oh but now look at yourself now

You can't even heal your own wounds anymore

 

You helped her up when she fell

You wiped her tears when she cried

 

You sheltered her heart

Into this lovely home

 

You were strong, and kind

But now look in the mirror

You have lost her

 

She isn't with you anymore...

She's just a fading memory...

She moved out of your life...

 

And now you only blame yourself...

 

Because she, no longer stands by your side.....

Comment, on this. (Although, I don't like to talk about this, much.. I wrote this poem about this just to vent out my feelings..) Don't worry about me.. this happened years ago.
