I hear the great spirit

In the fragrant breeze

I see the sacred

In each cottonwood tree

I can touch the divine

On the sharp edge

Of a towering mountain

Yes, it's the shoreline

The ultramarine shoals

That speak to me

In the language of

My ancestors and love

And lead me into

The very  heart of being
