Tidal

Tidal

A Poem by Eternal Poet

Just like the ocean's

Foamy froth

Crashing upon

Lonely shorelines

This beach

Is uninhabited

Yet I still hear

The sound

Of your voice

Carried across

Seascapes

Salty waves

That thrust against

Sharp gray cliffs

My beating heart

A sinking continent

Struck by quakes

And the destruction

Of your gaze

Just the thought

Of you

Sends forth tidal waves

I felt like I was being pulled into this poem. It just flows so easily. Great job.
