Surreality.

I am untouchable
No one dares to get closer
In the corner I sit away from everyone
Lost in my own mixed up world
Oblivious to everything around me

They think I don't know
That the world continues to turn
But in truth
I am painfully aware

Always watching
Always waiting
But never bothering to speak
Never bothering to acknowledge anything

My world is one of infinite knowledge
Knowledge that no one else can access
Knowledge that is untouchable
Just like me

My world is oblivion
Too complex for anyone else to possibly understand
To them, dark and uninviting
A black hole of nothing

To me, it's something great
A haven away from the rest the world
To them, it's crazy
To me, it's reality

I am special
And no one knows it but me

Not bad, but at times this piece does come across as a little pretentious, especially in the end. However, your writing style is easy to read and you've managed to paint a pretty accurate and lifelike picture here, so kudos to you for that. Overall it's very good, you just need to think a little about what sort of picture exactly you do want to present for the reader. Well done.
