Love Unnoticed

Love Unnoticed

A Poem by Soapbox

My heart flutters like the wings of a butterfly,

As a flurry of emotions fill my inside.

My stomach turns into a knot,

And my knees begin to buckle.

My eyes brighten a little more,

And my cheeks become rosy red.

I sit up straight so he'll see me.

Slight smiles and flirtatious glances.

It's such a pity he never notices.

How sweet. I adored the innocence but, what a pity that such sweetnes goes is overlooked.
