chapter 2: Wake up saphire

saphire wakes up in twenty-first century NewYorkCity. Where she meets the handsome street performer darien. Will she regain her lost memories? will she get home? read to find out.

"hello?" a young man with pale blue eyes stood next to her.

"Who are you?" saphire asked the man curiously.

"I should be asking you that question, but since you asked,my name is darien,"

saphire stood up and brushed off her skirt. Where am i, she thought. She noticed tall,short,fat,skinny buildings were everywhere. "you must really not be from around here" darien said with a sigh.

she had no idea where she's from. "well i got to go to work bye " he yelled as he ran around the corner.

saphire wandered around the city trying to find something familiar but with no luck she began to head back to the alley where she awoke. That voice, it sounds so familiar,but i can't put my finger on it.

she walked around the corner and her mouth droped open.

it was darien singing! Such a beautiful voice. Take this girl far away, Through the portal of time and space, Where she will be forever safe, Out of this world of blood and darkness. Those words. i've heard them before. DAPHINE. I remember every thing. I was sent to this world by sister to protect me so i would'n't get caught. mother, father,daphine please be okay.

"you look like you've seen a ghost" darien snuck up behind her. "Where did you here those lyrics?" she asked him as politely as possible. "your going to think im crazy but i can go to this other world and i heard a woman singing those words"

"your not crazy! I'm from that world. The woman you heard singing those words was my sister daphine, those words was a spell to sent me here" saphire said at a steady pace. "spell?" darien looked so lost. "im a witch" as a demonstation she took him on her broomstick and flew high above the city. "darien, i know you dont know me well,but could you help me get home?" darien nodded yes.
