Facade

Facade

A Poem by I guess I'll never know...
"

o.o;

"

She told me that she liked my face

I didn’t know her mind

She told me that she liked my style

She seemed just all too kind

She told me that she liked my hands

When they held to her own

She told me she liked my memory

When she was all alone

She told me she liked my principles

She said that they were true

She told me of her heart’s desire

I knew she’d thought it through

She told me that she liked my mind

She said I made her smile

She told me that she liked my passion

If only for a while

She told me that she liked my skin

When pressed upon her chest

She told me that she liked my heat

She said she liked me best

She told me that she told me

Everything inside her heart

She told me all her wishes

When brain cells came apart

She told me that she liked me

For everything I will be

She said she liked my company

Her compliments had filled me

She told me what I wanted to hear

But never what was true

She told me what I wanted most

But, sadly, I never knew

She told me everything that I

Should hear from one so dear

She told me lies, so when I was far

I’d think that I was near

She told me how she needed me so

But now I know she’s not kind

And so as she tells me to spare her life

I’ll just need to pay it no mind

To start off, let me first state that I have extreme OCD when it comes to spelling and grammar mistakes. It doesn't make living in the United States an easy feat, nor does it make speaking to my frien.. more..
