Twilight Sands

Twilight Sands

A Poem by S. A. Venus
"

a romantic poem

"

As I watch the grains

fall from my hands,

set adrift on the winds

like moths in flight,

my thoughts drift back

to days of youthful exuberance

and the whims of teenage lust.

Holding on firmly to memories

of first loves embrace

and many aimless hours

spent walking twilight sands.

Oh how memories are held tightly in the mind...
Your poem expresses yours so well...

Beautiful, my friend...
