Little DemonA Poem by JayParamoDepression taking a much more serious and physical form
I am the demon who lurks in your soul.
I am the force keeping you from your goal. Some call me evil, others say "It's just life." But I am the demon, with a heart cold of ice. I kept you from your crush, the love you desired. I made sure the teenage love you had expired. Your friends? I love em! I feed on their words. Especially the one who call you a nerd. I make you feel good, in the form of weed smoke. But for all you care, you could be snorting some coke. Or maybe needles, to give you a thrill? Heroin loves you. It's intent is to kill. Meth is your friend, you've seen Breaking Bad. Cooking is a joy, better than those friends you had. Mix all the drugs, and the feeling in your head Is the equivalent of being living but brain dead. I, the little demon, have had enough of your s**t. No more pot! No more "One last hit" You've filled my belly, and quenched my thirst. But now it's time you slept in a hearse. See that rope over there? Tie it in a noose! You've nothing left to live for, your s**t girlfriend is loose! Your friends all hate you, you're hated and despised! Now kick down that stool, and say your goodbye! © 2013 JayParamoAuthor's Note
