Inside MyselfA Poem by Erin LeeInside Myself
There's only one place to go so deep inside myself, my soul. I'll curl up like an infant child, tucked behind an awkward smile. In this place there is no judge (hair is knotted twice for love). Goodbye hatred, I've got to jet . . . Once place for me, left visit - deep inside myself, my soul. I'll sleep beneath my wild heart, counting beats I'd forgot. In this place there is no hate (dancing barefoot has its grace). Goodbye, cruel world I'll climb inside. Don't look for me - I've made up my mind. There's only one place left to go deep inside myself, my soul. I'll play with dreams inside my mind forgetting, now, to watch the time. © 2010 Erin LeeReviews
