Chill

Chill

A Poem by jacob erin-cilberto

Chill

a reconciliation of madness
tempers triumph
as nonsensical distraction
baits the hook
and the disoriented fish

swim towards shore
grounding themselves
in sovereign woe.

Boom. Great work bringing this home.

Erin,
I think you are referring to the current politico-media tactic of pointing east whild heading west... Very nicely done, sir...

I like to be chill but I think it's a different connotation of the word. I like chill like calm, cool and collected. But most of all I like people who remain calm in an emergency. Those are my kind of people. Madness is something I try to avoid like rabid frothing animals.

I think madness is like being reborn as someone else. There is no return and the other person is dead. i really love how you always choose yourd words deeply sir!

It sure has a chilling effect when it happens; madness can be a condition or a tool.
We need triumph of peace, justice and reconciliation.
You write marvelously.

You are welcome sir Jacob.
When madness once again strikes it chord with a vengeance; the mind become in disarray.

There is frustration and woe as you say at the very end of this poem.
