Nothing wrong with recycling old poems, I do it often. An opportunity to freshen them up a bit, give them a lick and a polish and maybe add a touch of scent. Ready to go again j.
I have heard the the cost to the enviornment is more with recycling than with making a new product and so it seems with my poems. This was quite a creative idea for a poem and I have the feel that it was not made from recycled material.
At least Poets are using recycling to help reservation of the literary environment without charging that much for the trade.
It keeps communicating in forms alive and not firms.

I don’t believe the words in your poems are stale and have a stench well maybe when actually writing about a stench anyways i regress.
Life isn’t always grand moments filled with opulent moments. Most lives are filled with mundane trivial moments and those are the ones we shall remember
I feel like a big part of writing is recycling things and turning them into our own. Even if at time we indulge in the use of overused metaphors (I've been guilty of that myself). So long as you enjoy the process and pour your heart into it, that's what counts. This was a fun little read. Nice work :)
