You raise your thoughts into the air and often share it unknowingly with people thinking same. But life is what it is, whatever gender, age or standing, most of us remain in a place of safety, unsure whether a change is wise in this weird world we live in. However, we could allow ourselves change and chance just now and again.. perhaps by doing so, we might smile at our daring and - dance the feet and lips into happiness rather than possible inertia. I guess it's worth trying, success often wins, never mind the possible hiccup! Great words from you, sir.. as always.
Welcome, jacob, though probably too much blather, sorry.

Like a Hermit crab changing shells or a snake skin an artist needs to change to accommodate growth. An old mode way not be enough to express new feelings. A wonderful analogy Jacob. Those stuck with the same old methods spin their tires in the mud of expression.

Not stuck at all don't mistake stuck for style. I love yours.
Giving up on what we are use to is difficult. It takes courage to put aside the old and to take on a new
challenge. Lots of luck to you.
Take care - Dave
They say a change is as good as a rest. Experimenting with new ideas is a positive move in my opinion. Nothing worse than feeling cornered. Boxed in with no where to go. I feel the sense of frustration and struggle here j.
This poem speaks to me of a radical change in approach that the poet takes to convey his feelings. Perhaps, he's looking for a change, looking to add spark to his life. I loved this as I love change and the moving forward that comes with it. We change because we're alive. and vice versa. In a very simple yet beautiful way, you convey the poet's struggle. You always give your reader something delightful, my friend.
