Hard to find many that pray that are not every bit as judgmental ... but maybe I've just ran into the wrong folks. Nice write. ~Jim

Yes it is, Jim...I run into the same people.

I'm not terribly religious, but I do believe in the soul, and may it fly ever upward! Wonderful little piece, Jacob

Thank you, John,

Green kryptonite or red kryptonite? Does it take a superman, or Superman, to make a judgement? Nice thought, Jacob.

nice response, Andrew.
thank you,

So many are quick to pass judgement on others. Kryptonite makes me think of Superman and how this substance weakened him. Made him vulnerable. I can read this senryu in different ways. People who pray can also be judgemental. That’s why I don’t attend church anymore. When souls fly toward clouds, I am not thinking of happy endings. I am not thinking of silver linings. I am thinking that cloud looks like trouble. I am also pondering on what comes next. So much to consider here j.
