nature will renew itself. though whether or not mankind will be included in the updated model is still an open question. nice tight to the point poem J
You said a handful in the poetry Jacob. I saw the wildfires in Big Sur. It is a miracle. The green came back quickly. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.

I like this write because it tells a story only those involved would know but it's the rest that don't know they will pay the price.
Thank you for sharing
Wild fires are such a shame.
They destroy everything in their path...
I suppose, just like some people..
Well said. Nicely done.

As they probably should, j....
You are always welcome.
Definitely crossing borderlines south...we are getting it now down here in Texas. Smoke from the northern border and immigrants from the southern. Sad to say but, both are making it difficult to breathe freely.
Fire is a living thing ... it breathes ... it whispers ... it roars and it consumes.
Although this is a large fire and is producing a lot of smoke it is far from the deadliest fire in our country.
The Matheson fire of 1916 killed 223 while the Great Haileybury fire of 1922 killed 43. Both as a result of dry conditions and wind.
I like this one j. So few words tell a major story. Well done.
