A time to talk of time. I've rather enjoyed this one - and read it several times now. I'll run it counter-clockwise (or, as we say here in the UK, anti-clockwise).
Love is indeed timeless and takes 24 hours all 365 days.
It consumes you and you don't even feel it. You become more than generous with your time.
Love doesn't mind the hours or the time.
It is open always and closes never.
And when time runs out on love, how we wish we could rewind the clock and start all over again.
You know love so well, dear Jacob.

What a lovely poem. I wrote down this stanza on my room's board. It's just brilliant:
rewind the love clock
and let me back into your arms
where I belong,
B.T.W: How are you doing these days dear Jacob? I hope you feel much better after the surgery you had a couple of months ago.
Do you still teach English?

In Hungary, they were called Cobblers. (I would have kept the name Cobbler). I was born in an Apartment above the She Shop... not quite a hundred years ago lol. So I consider myself a Gypsy and I dress accordingly. My father never taught me Hungarian; however, he loved Shakespeare (wherever or r he was made aware. So I am drawn to the Country of Hungary. Google makes mention of Chopin's Hungarian Rhapsody... but then Franz Liszt is credited more often. My friend Bonnie and myself were neighbors and School buddies. Her folks took us to a Wonderful Classical Concert and I was impressed. Bonnie studied Piano and knew and played a lot of Classical Music. My favorite Music is a mixture of Show Tunes and Irish Music as well as whatever strikes my Fancy. Thanks for sharing. gently, Pat

It was nice hearing from you dear Pat. All the best wishes for you and your family and your friends.
So many take love for granted. Relationships need to be nurtured for them to endure. I would imagine that many people from failed relationships, do look back and wish they could rewind the clock to when they were happy and invest more time in nurture. That isn’t always the case though. Some are definitely best apart. A poignant reflection here dear J on lost love.

Oh yes, such a wonderful thought that is... Rewind the love clock... what happens to us as we get older...we seem to lose so much of the easiness to just say I love you!!!
Young people seem to be all over each other...sitting as close as possible... looking at each others faces... but as time marches on, even if we are with the love of our lives, we neglect that connection... I for one...and my dear husband, Bob, try to keep the fire going... dancing for no reason in the kitchen saying good morning with a kiss...but, of course it is different...quite different from when we were young... Perhaps that is because we did not really know each other...Maybe the getting to know is part of the secret...Who knows...I wish I did,
