impeccable emotions

love is the saintly touch

a heart in flux

searches the reaches of denial

to find what might be real

but gnashes its teeth on hopeless expression

 

infallibility is not the true art

of involvement's dream

 

but understanding the flaws

and embracing them

So true. Sadly some are seeking perfection which they will never find. They will keep making the same mistakes over and over.

Embrace people for who they are I say, including their flaws. Love them for their flaws as well as their finer attributes. Would make relationships far more harmonious and for them to last longer.

I have never considered myself infiullable Jacob (I know, it's a shocker)
I do understand my flaws though and embrace them, by pointing to other parts of me that isn't my mouth 😊
