StormA Poem by jacob erin-cilberto
a hurricane of solidarity as a nation is torn apart by blood and rain the bones of a country shattered like the felled trees that were offering no resistance and had no weapons to speak of little children with a backseat view screaming as their innocence is lifted and blown away with the rapid-fire winds of prejudice and an angry Mother Nature as nurturing is nothing more than a dilapidated drink of devastation causing us to weave wearily and fall over dead. erin-cilberto 8/27/2020 © 2020 jacob erin-cilbertoReviews
