There are many times I bemoan the fact that I didn't respond to the siren of the Muse in the early a.m.
Waking with a idea that I'm sure I'll remember when I truly awake - but alas.............
Take care - Dave

yep...we wake up in the morning and often it is gone.
thank you, Dave,

Clever legalistic word play.
Seems to bemoan inconvenient inspiration--or a prevalence of hardly-worth-the-trouble naggings.
Demonstrates well-polished craftsmanship.
Nice One here, J.
Many fall a victim of this,
Including myself.

I hope you're not too forceful with your muse. I don't know her exactly, but i'll have a drink to you and her later in the day. Maybe our muses can be penpals. Mine needs to get her s**t together metaphorically.

Indeed a crime scene here Jacob and we need the forensic specialists in as you pull another allegory out of the hat! As always entertaining and meaningful and masterful!
Themed writes of a past love. She keeps you awake in the early hours, she keeps you busy with your writing. That blotter copies everything backwards. Not sure I am totally with you on this one?
