Blimps and raw sewageA Poem by jacob erin-cilberto
the
sewage has stench the judge sits on his
bench picked by an
illegitimate son who sits on his perch flapping his winged
tongue nesting in elaborate
spaces making fun of all the
colored faces that don't match his complexion
of things and what chaos his
flight brings the blimp overhead tries
to photograph the blimp below with his toupee blowing
in the wind i apologize Bob for i
have sinned putting you in the same
poem room as him... goodbye everyone i have swallowed pills
to pass on to another dimension since there is a pill in
this one impossible to swallow my sense of smell is
thwarted the supreme court of
angels is out of session it's a mad mad world and we're all in it have you seen the photographs? they are too real. erin-cilberto 8/5/19 © 2019 jacob erin-cilbertoReviews
