of mind over matter

 

 

i write short poems

about seductive advances

and passion induced states

of the heart

 

i write long poems

about seductive advances

and morbid states

crushed heart

coffin alliances

with stone cold mates

decomposing rhyme

 

i write epic poems

no i don't,

but i want to

 

i just need to find the right state

of mind

and let the heart go.

This may not be about poems at all. It could well be talking about relationships. In any case it is another poem which is multi layered. Mind over matter you certainly need that for epic relationships. Thought provoking,.
