Yes, It's a miracle of us.
This to me doesn't mean much about love to me,
but togetherness written with a lovely ink .
hold me, I hold you, and we'll walk the miles as twins.
help me, I help you, and we'll live together in peace.
Through the pains together, and through the soothing breeze,
that's greatly a kind of a lovely unity, and I like this piece.
Great job, Jacob. I can feel that homologous emotional feelings.
I love your first two verses, describing how the summer season crashes upon us with roiling sensations & observations. Your poem feels like a tumbling river crashing into the sea (V1 & V2), then things simmer into a smooth glide across the wide-open waters (V3 & V4) . . . great metaphor for how relationships often begin! when both parties are in love like that, anything seems possible doesn't it..there is no me, nor personal boundaries, tis summat else entirely... I have witnessed a few miracles and true..
Young love with all its burning desire and optimism captured perfectly here. Took me back it did. 'the miracle of us'
How well that line encapsulates those heady days.
This evokes the naivety of youth and those heady days when romance was an ideal we could subscribe to. This takes me back to the seventies. As always such diction in the weaving of words and phrases into concepts and emotions Jacob.
