I don't drink. Still iam familiar with the sensation ... after a whole night of Netflix, next morning iam not sure of the beginning or the end my thoughts.

I don't believe I have ever attempted to write anything while drunk. Other altered states? Well, of course! But drunk? No balance or dexterity? Nope...

Or when you wake up with a great line and by the time you get the pen you get a brain cramp and all that appears is gibberish. It ties in to the unconscious subconscious daylight ramblings that have you walking down streets and suddenly realizing you missed your destination again.
I'd say its an age thing...but I've always been this way. %>}

But the end is definitely the same.
Did wake up one morning after a bender and found a poem I didn't remember writing.
It sure was a weird one.

Been there seen it done it! Jacob you have captured those late nights hammering out words like bullets, with or without the help of alcohol. A time when the tongue is loose and fingers flailing until sleep takes over and morning brings fragmented recall.
