Very sweet. Sometimes, it's before we touch or share a conversation. Chemistry is activated within a glance. One glance may segue to something much bigger, and amazing. Awaiting in the future shines a pathway as bright as any fire. This was very intimate in a subtle way. Great read.

Of course, there was a past use for what you described... mostly mating orientated but also survival orientated. Vestigial traits will always haunt species that evolve quickly.
