trying to hear your lips moveA Poem by jacob erin-cilbertotrying to hear your lips
move subtle
subtitles the writing on the wall
barely audible but i can almost hear it
with my aging eyes my fingers want to
respond but the keys paint useless graffiti on white pages of
storming thoughts i am a hurricane of illusive phrases sitting idle wishing i could read the signs or perhaps make some up my- self... erin-cilberto 4/28/18 © 2018 jacob erin-cilberto |
