trigger happyA Poem by jacob erin-cilbertotrigger happy
the
arsenal is fired all the words sullenly
sprayed you were hit, hurt bled out
and years later i am still living with
the guilt of murdering your heart
my grave is an empty
doorway a blue sky with a patch
of red only i see with
distorted emotion and the barrel still
smoking
with regret.
