A Poem by jacob erin-cilberto

8 drenched lines

there is a sort of blue leaning

in your eyes

as we part lips

and I walk into the rain swept memory

that will hold me

until your rainbow

peeks into my sky

once again.

Rainbows are the perfect combination of heartache and hope
jacob erin-cilberto

it's true...they always have two meanings.
breath held in hope that is hopeless as a heart holds on to the warmth it tasted once a time ago, sad and poignant.

Makes me think of sunshine and warmth and hope. Rainbows are beautiful, especially when they arise in clear, rainswept skies.
