magic buses

on polluted highways

exhaust fumes from exhausted poets

high intensity traffic of themes

driven into the ground

 

the same ideas get on at each stop

every day,

ditto routes

ditto stops

ditto conclusions

 

each seat taken with the same faces of revolution

and the same tired lines

get off at the end of the day

 

no resolution.

Guilty as charged. I do find I return to themes and I think that is because they make me feel emotions. Such as catholicism. And yes the internet/computer age has clogged the highways and byways with 'poet' upon 'poet' but such creation is better than killing or taking Prozac I guess. You tell this tale in your word perfect metaphors Jacob.
