Never afterA Poem by jacob erin-cilbertoNever after
Cinderella's
swollen ankle broken slipper the horses break for
eternity at a cantor
her pumpkin
overripe spatters into shards--- her sisters' revenge an evil sibling gets the
prince
he is dumbfounded and naïve the quiet sweetheart keeps sweeping up the
remnants
of her fractured heart.
