only vague directions necessary

only vague directions necessary

A Poem by jacob erin-cilberto

only vague directions necessary

i was lost in your texture

balanced precariously

on your kiss

a tightrope of anticipation

words biting tongue

as yours grazed mine ever so slightly

with intention

no matter the reasons

i never felt the need

to find my way

i ran deeper into your oneness

until my heart's compass

read:

two North...

Wow Jacob was flowing in this one until the final line when I ran into the buffers of 'two North' instead of 'true North'!
