ah... such persistence of eroticism you paste here around in words, but always undisguised. kinda like this deep imagery. you have a way to express "erotica" through romance, perhaps... my poetry only reflect erotica even in romance at all. lol
WOW! (Surprise ending) . . . With that title, I was ready to settle in for a romantic read . . . but then (as always in my world) the glue melts & stops sticking, d****t! I guess sometimes glue isn't the answer . . . as some must be allowed to love from a place of freedom, being allowed to fly, even tho this can be very hard on one who is longing for sticky fingers that adhere steadily . . . I absolutely LOVE the way this tale takes a turn with: "the heat comes hard" . . . I'm feeling that one.

we often don't use the right glue Jacob, too used to that fall apart glue from back in grade school and then when it really counts and we want it to stick, poof melts us away leaving us with sticky fingers tat no longer stick to anything...
enjoyed this metaphor for how easy, often too easy what we thought was forever quickly comes unglued... thanks for the read Jacob

it is a shame that all lovers do not remain glued to each other for their lifetime but your poem describes briefly but sadly loves running away great work!
