eventually you will waterfall into my arms dive off the cliff of doubt with reckless abandon and after the deep plunge together sifting sand filled memories and cutting through the clear waters of love, surfacing to wave at the moon
we will float into eternity holding hands with hushed voices so as not to disturb the glassy calm reflection of the us that was always meant to be.
Pretty and sweet...very romantic. I love all the reference to water...water, love, life...always a connection there...we are born in a rush of water...as for me, I've always been a river rat and a beach bum...every chance I could get...LOVE the ocean...love the mountain streams...and can't think of a better place to share a romantic interlude. Very nicely penned.
i like the word play in the title ..it is so resilient and in your face to all things attempting to drag down ..sneaky use of cliches ... i think work well ..i can feel the grit of sand and pulsating waters ..turned glassy smooth .. a very beautiful love poem ...i feel romantic on reading it ...now where did Norma go off to?? ;)
