You must have had one absolutely fantastic woman in your life back then - she seems imbedded in many of your poems :)

At the corner of the past and present.....the images are a bit blurry, are they not? "The smile of your kiss".....what a lovely concept this is. A very romantic, albeit bittersweet, write. Lydi**
I love the title & other instances of contrast thru-out your message. Life can be so contrary, I love it when a poet like you captures this back-and-forth sensation of moving thru our life experiences. I especially love this line: "still feeling the pinched nerve of you."
I again see myself thinking so much about the present and past of good and bad relationships when I read your writings. I saw myself in my car driving from a tryst and every moment in my life involving others pushing through the intersection of my mind and heart. You have a great ability at getting the reader to feel your poetry at a deep level.

I love the phrases "limped home to my own heart", the trafficked thoughts, wobbly knees, all poetic and interesting ways to capture this experience of love. The flow is beautiful and simple yet says so much. It feels innocent and aged at the same time. Thank you for sharing this.
