Smiling. You make punctuation sound sensual. Oh the love affairs we have with those damn fickle muses. I haven't quite made up with mine after this current argument, but it's always a coup when I do.

thank you, Jan. The arguments can be never ending.
stunning write! intriguing yet dreamy write...love your word - weaving, and rhyming scheme...your poetry is always inspiring...yet very unique. not to mention...i adore the titles of your poems...they always catch my eye.
the muse is as elusive as neptune...butterfly wings...if you do not give her/him the attention
they need...they fly away (it seems) -- always a feast for the eye for me to immerse myself into your ink. thank you for sharing -- barrie -X
Your Muse prompted a subtle twist this time, Jacob. You have imbued your poem with a hint of flirtation leading to a love affair of serendipity. See what it's done to me :-0
Loved it. N.
You've written about the muse a number of times, as I recall, but this one is definitely one of your best on this topic, written with playful passion & perfect personification. I had to click on this one becuz I've been making love with the full moon the last couple nights myself . . . she's been shining thru the oak limbs on just the right trajectory, so bold, instead of shy like she usually is in these forested hills . . . *smile*
