virtue's incontinence

virtue's incontinence

A Poem by jacob erin-cilberto

virtue's incontinence

glowworms,

and silent moons

lovers among the tulips

softly moving in sync with the night

the buds open themselves to the touch

the joy slowly ambles

increments of sensual movement

when the day dawns

the lovers are gone

but the dew on the flowers

has a melting scent

the aftertaste

kissing white lavender skies

in darkly exotic collusion

This is one sensual poem. The tulips opening up to the loving touch of the glow worms and the moon and when the day appears all that is left is the aftertaste on the dew.
A pleasure to read.

A beautiful symbiotic relationship. They need each other.
Like two lovers need each other.
