For someone who has experienced both the tumult of a hurricane and a love affair, this makes perfect sense. The greater the risk...the more intriguing the reward. The adrenalin rush is strikingly similar.

Very short, yet very potent.

I guess i would rather chase the storm myself, than let her drift past me and out of my life.
The storm brings great wonders and sensations but also great danger and threats to the heart.
Follow the storm, closely if you like, just watch out for the oncoming traffic!

wow - the thrill in the chase - i've once written an article on a storm-chaser - long time ago - you're going to need more than your average storm suit/gear for this kind of chase - this other kind of chase which is dangerous in its own way and 'fun' in a hopeless manner

I have whiplash and a broken hand -- going on 8 weeks without surgery, and 8 more weeks till a consult. That's what my obsession with painkillers is about these days.:)

then you type well one -handed....takes too long to get fixed...all the damn wait and the consults....at least you have the painkillers but hope they can do something sooner than later.
