For someone who has experienced both the tumult of a hurricane and a love affair, this makes perfect sense. The greater the risk...the more intriguing the reward. The adrenalin rush is strikingly similar.
I guess i would rather chase the storm myself, than let her drift past me and out of my life.
The storm brings great wonders and sensations but also great danger and threats to the heart.
Follow the storm, closely if you like, just watch out for the oncoming traffic!
Philosophy in three lines. Well written.

and great philosophy in your comment....thank you so much for your words, Doodley.
Title is self explanatory .I must say that you manage to portrait the thought with very few words and I like this of your writing a lot.
It is wonderful!!
Thanks for sharing .
wow - the thrill in the chase - i've once written an article on a storm-chaser - long time ago - you're going to need more than your average storm suit/gear for this kind of chase - this other kind of chase which is dangerous in its own way and 'fun' in a hopeless manner

I like this one. It actually caught my eye because of the title, because of my recent accident -- kind of glad it wasn't about an accident, at least not the kind where you get broken bones ...
