lovely jacob! i see her softly turning ...with an eye for "God is love" ... we are directed sweetly to fall .. really like this one a lot ..very romantic! peaceful even ... its refreshing to read as the jagged edges of love are the more motivating for artists eh!? :)

And every dance is just a tiny bit different! Wonderful metaphor and flowing lines in this one, Jacob. You are in first place with this poem...and it is well-deserved! Lydi**
I felt the slow and fluid motions of love moving gracefully to its hopefully happy culmination. As much depends on providence as on our compitability in this fateful dance. A poem so appreciated.

thank you for your words, DIVYA... you are so kind in your review...
It's been a while (years) since I've been to a ballet and it's too bad because the grace of excellent dancers is such a beautiful thing to behold. Dance director was such a brilliant choice of wording. I don't see it as a literal director as much as I see it as fate/destiny or simply love. If love smiles, if it is meant to be, the two will fall together in the final turn. This crazy, improvised thing called life has a funny way of making us dancers collide. Your pen surely danced in this one, Jacob. Thanks for sharing this!

So you here capture a great picture of ballet in words keeping things clear, simple & vividly reading around. Seemed, two lovers dancing over the night & "neighbourhood" (dream catcher) watching them dramatially with an eye of love... & awaiting when she bows down to feet & he stands up to capture her like a bird, smothering. Very nice imagery.
