dreaming of the RivieraA Poem by jacob erin-cilberto
i live
in the garage of life an old polished Buick engine still capable but wheels too sterile leaning on a Jack of
potential door's closed to motive
lights
incarcerated bulbs weak, wild night's driving a past tense
i live in the garage of
life look brand new, but feeling like the
antique i am,
give me a spin i might surprise you but make sure to open
that door first
i don't see very well and might back into a
stall....
