you found my inner core

touched me with probing fingertips

of affectionate print

 

and i disrobed further reservations

until i was down to my skivvies

exposing the love, i had tried 

 

to sneak into

Ah, when you trust enough to leave your heart exposed, it can be scary, but it can also be fantastic. I think poetry can get between the pages of the reader's heart. Thing is, it is not always the pages in the right book. As always, the metaphor is splendid! Lydi**

i remember that system...today it is so different...all this technology...but doesn't help much with love...ha ha.

Nope, not a bit. I had to learn that system because I considered being a librarian before switching to English teaching....which I also did not like! Such a fickle one.
