yes ... "the X factor" ... have to agree with others ..compact and packed full ... opening line is the killer for me ... danger for most comes with a warning ... choosing to weigh in anyway multiplies the factor by way to much ..but oh the ride!!! :) another wonderful poem enjoyed reading

The heart is the culprit of most relationship-related pain..I hope the brain could teach her the concept of calculated risk so as to prevent, or at least, minimize sorrow :) Concise yet it evokes string of emotions.
Probably not my place to say, Jacob, but I think your heart is ok. It's your mind that keeps f*****g with you. Personally, I think you have a quality that can't be described that makes you very special :)
Again your brevity knows no bounds when it comes to the emotions it reveals when read. Love is always a dangerous game. The fear Factor always present. The X factor hmm.... I think that changes every time we think we have figured it out. And honestly at the end the heart is already on the line and the x factor i wonder if someone has the time to think about it anymore. Getting broken and then again putting oneself on the line. It's something we end up doing simply because we want to feel alive i guess. Even if it leaves us with persisting pain. Thank you for sharing ^^
