brilliantly conveys the heart's continuous desire to
seek love, yielding even at the risk of shattering.
very true indeed. I echo Kalypso' s sentiments...I too
wish I could repost this & use it on my profile.
another incredible write. Thank you for sharing - .xx.
I wish we could repost poems from other writers on our profiles here. If we could I would put this one as the featured poem because I couldn't have said it better or agree more with what you said. Love does seem to stretch our patience muscles threatening to snap them like rubber bands, but it is a strong love that never let's go. Love the way you worded this Jacob!
Like this Jacob.Should show it to a good mate of mine, got cheesed off with her indoors after 20 years, played hide the sausage with a Northern bird, must 'ave given her the hump because an anonymous letter arrived Tuesday addressed to his good lady wife.He must have had the worst flight of his life from Dubai, the wife is fiery to say the least, now he's trying to salvage marriage and keep hold of properties,2 warehouses and a thriving business. All for a different hole in a distant town. And we're the shoulders to cry on.
