This poem is a treat! a flavourful appetiser a la 'Hemingway's recipe'
Clever transposition of images in the first two lines [too many words/cooks/plot/pot]
The 'thematic feast' - a reference to Hemingway's Moveable feast? the theme of memoir/place/famous writerpeople? and so even a short poem can have a blend of synergetic ingredients.
A clever piece J. I wonder if he did like parties as he did enjoy just being alone to write. He was also quite worried when he had writer's block! A lovely poem

It is not the volume of an experience where satisfaction is found, rather the quality where the soul is satiated...
Crazy guy had a lot figured out didn't he?
haha,, what a feast!! I LOVE Hemmingway,,, a brilliant writer, and his way of using the fewest possible words to say so very much is still mind-blowing..

So few words in that story and we could talk about it for a week.
I used to read books so quickly my mom thought I ate the pages. But those books were hardly meals. It was only when I met friends in High School who wanted to analyze the pages and the "in-between-the-lines flavors". Really liked this piece
