inevitable fallA Poem by jacob erin-cilbertoinevitable fall
burdensome
autumn he recalls her vibrancy sees sad colors change the hue of his view
clings to the tree of
existence biding his time, waiting
to join her a lone leaf lured to the
ground when winter’s breeze
beckons.
